Daisy Cupcakes

My youngest expressed interest in scouting which, as a former girl scout, thrilled me to death. So much so, I found myself volunteering to co-lead her troop with another mom. I am very excited about this and so is my daughter. I ironed all of her thingies on to her vest and she is sharp and ready to go.

And of course, I volunteered to bring the first snack. What is more appropriate for our first meeting than Daisy Cupcakes? Check em out:

    Stopping in from SITS! How cute is that? Daisy cupcakes for Daisy scouts. That is something I would not have thought of. I hope my daughter expresses in interest in Girl Scouts when she is old enough. I loved Girl Scouts. We tried Cub Scouts for my son, but they just weren't organized at all. Maybe it was just the chapter here in our tiny town.

    Those look very yummy! Congrats on your new role, I am such a huge supporter of youth activities and can't wait until my kids are old enough to participate in a something like that so I can also return the favor and volunteer!
