Organizing the Basement

This week, I tackled organizing my basement. With the Christmas decorations going down and the Valentines decorations going up, this is what my storage area looked like:


After a bit of organization, it now looks like this:


Still a lot of work to do but at least I can think now:-)

    Oh I wouldn't even want to go to mine...good luck. I'm not ready to start tackling my mess....yet....but the laundry pile has gone...pretty much.

    That looks great! My garage looks like your before pic - it reminds me that I really need to work on it. I want to know why is it that as soon as I get it all cleaned up more crap magically accumulates?

    That looks great Susie. I wish we had a basement but we'd end up having a pool instead. LOL.

    My MIL called me yesterday........her basement had flooded ruining a bunch of my stuff. I MISS having a basement......but I guess if I don't have to clean one, that's a bonus, right? :)

    I wish we had a basement! Seriously, there is nowhere to store anything here in FL....the attic gets too hot and melts things. Doesn't organizing feel SO GOOD?!?!
