Tomatoes Galore

This is the first year that I have tried to can tomatoes (probably because this is the first year that I had tomatoes worth canning). I did 2 quarts and 6 pints!! Yahoo!!!


I have to be careful though...they are almost all gone and I haven't saved my seeds for next year yet!!

    Cool! My DH does the veg gardening & canning here, he does salsa and pickles too. :)

    Yea, I love bumper crop tomatoes, look great. I never save my seeds, I know we should but I just always forget.

    I've never canned tomatoes before. WE had a bunch given to us SONday from our adopted grandfather. :D
