Bye Bye Basil


After 12 four-ounce and 2 eight-ounce jars of pesto plus a bunch of frozen basil, that's the last of it that I am drying-) See you next year:-)

    Hello
    did the kids complain of the smell?
    We had a whole lot of it given us and it was in the truck on the way home. Had to unroll the windows to get some air. I froze up two quart baggies like you on the sheet first. It sorta wilts when used but has good flavor.
    Try it on some crisp beget with a tomato and some Parmesan cheese toasted Mercy it is too yummy
