Remodeling the Bathroom

Today, my baby is going in for eye surgery. So, I am doing a flashback with 5 Minutes for Mom by posting the biggest tackle of the year: Remodeling our bathroom.

Here's the teardown:



And after declaring myself the Spackle Queen of the Midwest, here are the results:

  1. Oh, that is gorgeous! I love that huge sink. And I have become so partial to pieces that look like furniture rather than regular bathroom vanities. How long did that take you guys to do?

    I am so not the spackle queen of the east coast. I had it in my hair and all over my jewelry and floor.
    Yours is gorgeous!
    The good thing about doing mine was that hubby was inspired to buy new fixtures to replace that horrendous rose colored potty and sink!
    I also talked him into vintage shutters so watch out! I'm coming back with more.
    Again, that is an enviable powder room!
