I tackled another Iron Cupcake: Milwaukee Challenge . This time, the theme was Latin Flavor and my submission was "Taste the Passion Cupcakes".
I tackled another Iron Cupcake: Milwaukee Challenge . This time, the theme was Latin Flavor and my submission was "Taste the Passion Cupcakes".
These are white cupcakes drenched in passion fruit syrup filled with passion fruit curd topped with dark chocolate ganach. The passion fruit really pairs nicely with good quality dark chocolate.
