My youngest expressed interest in scouting which, as a former girl scout, thrilled me to death. So much so, I found myself volunteering to co-lead her troop with another mom. I am very excited about this and so is my daughter. I ironed all of her thingies on to her vest and she is sharp and ready to go.
And of course, I volunteered to bring the first snack. What is more appropriate for our first meeting than Daisy Cupcakes? Check em out:
Not my best work but I think the girls will like them:-)

I'm sure the girls will love them!
Stopping by from SITS!
They look great. Lucky girls!
Stopping in from SITS! How cute is that? Daisy cupcakes for Daisy scouts. That is something I would not have thought of. I hope my daughter expresses in interest in Girl Scouts when she is old enough. I loved Girl Scouts. We tried Cub Scouts for my son, but they just weren't organized at all. Maybe it was just the chapter here in our tiny town.
It's so sweet that you did this for the girls. They will definitely love them!
Yah, and they will love you too!!!!
How cute. Your a great troop mom!!
Aw, those are so cute. I am sure that the girlies will love them.
Those look very yummy! Congrats on your new role, I am such a huge supporter of youth activities and can't wait until my kids are old enough to participate in a something like that so I can also return the favor and volunteer!
Susie, You are amazing. Your daughter is so luck to have you.
How old do they start girl scouts??
(I'd eat one) :)
